Q Who are Espace & ThinkTaxi?
A We are a family run business based in Oxted 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport. We specialize in transporting passengers to and from Gatwick airport to their destination.

Q What area do you cover?
A Any journey to or from Gatwick Airport or from our base in Oxted, Surrey.

Q What type of service do you provide?
A We provide a friendly, personal service. We'll be there, with a sign, on time to welcome you. We'll help you with your luggage. We'll whisk you door to door in comfort. We'll provide you with local information to make your trip a success.

Q How easy is it to book a car with you?
A Very! All you do is:
    1. Complete the online enquiry form or phone +44 (0)1732 863991.
    2. We will confirm the price, availability and answer any questions.
    3. You give us the go ahead and we confirm.

Q How can I pay for this service?
A You can pay in advance or at the end of your journey. We prefer payment in cash (Sterling, US dollars or Euros) but accept all major credit cards (additional £3.00 administration fee). (Exchange is at the tourist rate of the day).

Q What type of vehicles do you have?
A We have access to a range of 4, 6 and 8 passenger vehicles from saloons, estates, and minibuses. Our drivers and vehicles are all licensed and checked by Tandridge District Council every six months.

Q If my flight is delayed will I be charged extra?
A ThinkTaxi monitors flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, and you will not be charged any extra for flight delays.

Q Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
A Unless an alternative arrangement has been made, drivers normally enter the terminal approximately 15 minutes after a flight has landed, they will hold a greeting board with your name on it and will be located by the airport information desk at whichever airport or terminal.

Q What if I cannot locate my driver?
A You will be supplied with the mobile phone number of your driver. Please call him directly.

Q What if I need to cancel?
A There is no charge for a cancellation up to 24 hours before your arrival time. After this time a payment of 20% of the original fare is required.

Q What if I don't show up and I haven't told Espace & ThinkTaxi about the change in plans?
Please check that all the details are correct at the time of your confirmation since it is company policy to invoice in full for any error on your part that leads to a driver arriving to meet you at the wrong place, date or time, or if you increase the number of passengers.
